mmm bread

Sometimes I think there is nothing better than a warm baguette straight from the oven at the boulangerie, and as soon as I get home I break off a chunk and butter it and the butter melts and I add a bit of confiture (jam)....HEAVEN.

AMEN!--a fresh warm baguette with jam and melting butter--one of the things you will miss about Paris if ever you don't live there anymore! What do you miss about New York?
